Thank you for your purchase! Please review the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and access to digital downloads.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any concerns about a product before purchasing, please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Issue Resolution

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you experience any issues accessing or using your digital files, please contact me at support@simplebackyardhomesteading.com within a reasonable timeframe (generally this would be 180 days from date of purchase, however I may make exceptions at my own discretion), and I will do my best to resolve the issue. This may include troubleshooting download problems or providing a new download link if necessary. However, I cannot make modifications to the original files beyond what was advertised at the time of purchase.

File Availability

Please download and save your files promptly. While I make every effort to ensure access to purchased files, I cannot guarantee availability beyond one year from the date of purchase. If you need to re-download your files within that timeframe, please contact me, and I will do my best to assist you. After one year, I may no longer have access to past products, and I am not responsible for providing replacement files.
